First of all. Great software.
I'm working on a theater production where I want to use Sound Show to cue audio files throughout the show. I have a substitute for my position in this production and I'm trying to understand if, in case I export my library, my instruction playlists are exported with the library too in order for the instruction playlist to be handed over to another sound technician.

Yes, if you saved the playlist they will be in the exported library
