When in any of the Options screens (e.g. Options > Main), the mouse wheel scrolls the page in a direction opposite to what it does in other apps, e.g. in web browsers.

Thank you for the bug report.
It is a bug in the Unity3d engine. The fix is still in an alpha version but once it is ready I'll upgrade the unity engine in Sound Show.
