Review terms and privacy

You retain ownership of your content and give Sound Show non-exclusive permission to display your chosen name, review and approved photos on any page of its website, including the homepage and pages about particular uses such as theatre or sports. This includes clearly identified selections, excerpts that preserve the meaning of your review and necessary image processing. Reuse outside the Sound Show website, including advertising or social media, needs separate permission. Submit your own experience and only content you may share, with any necessary permission from people shown. Email is private and used for confirmation, moderation and ownership, never newsletter signup. Abandoned drafts expire after 24 hours; rejected/superseded private content is kept up to 30 days and routine audit records 90 days. Approved content remains while published. Withdrawal removes public access immediately; primary-store cleanup targets 24 hours. Backups expire under the normal backup policy and deletions are reapplied on restore. A verified account with the matching email can claim a guest review. Ownership then stays with that account after verified email changes. Edits need approval; the prior approved version stays visible unless you hide it. You can hide or delete your review and remove photos immediately. Account deletion removes owned reviews and photos. Without an account, contact us for removal, privacy, rights or reconsideration requests. Public material may be copied or indexed by others, and downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
