115 Vistas

Hi! I am a new user of Sound Show and have been loving it so far. I am using it for RPG gaming and it is able to accomplish most of what I need. However, I find that it would be incredibly useful if you could clear the playlist and fade all sounds or just sounds with a certain tag using the instructions. I typically have different playlists of music that each have different 'vibes' and currently I have to clear the current playlist manually and fade out the current song playing before I press the new playlist. Being able to do all this with the press of a single instruction would be fantastic and would allow for so many more possibilities within the software.

Perhaps there is a way to do this using external commands. If so, I would love to know how since I do not understand their function. It would be amazing to have a piece of the website that explains their use as well.

Thanks for the wonderful piece of software! I'm excited to continue using it :)

Hello Adrian,
Sorry for the very late answer. In the latest versions of sound show you can have multiple playlists loaded at the same time, if your right click on the autoplay button of a playlist it will fade out and stop the currently playing playlist. Also, if you right on playlist button in a grid, it should play this playlist and fade the one currently playing.
Here is a video on the update about playlists:

Hi Laurent,

Thank you for the reply, no worries! Unfortunately, this solution doesn't work for me since on mac the right-click (or control-click) doesn't seem to function. Also, I am using a Stream Deck to control the software so having to go into Sound Show and manually click the soundboard button is just as inconvenient as clearing the playlist. Because of this, I do think having a setting to automatically fade out of the current playlist when playing a new one or having a 'Clear Playlist' action that can be put in instructions would be extremely helpful.

Thank you!
