I'm very new to sound related software, so I apologize if my question is really obvious.
Is there a way to make the sounds play through my microphone, so that people in a voice call can hear the played sounds too?
I looked through the settings but the only options for an output device are speakers, not microphones.

You will need to use some additional software along side Sound Show. If you are on windows I can recommend you software from vb-audio: virtual audio cable and voicemeeter (https://vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm)
There are plenty of tutorial on the web how to use them on youtube with other applications.
