Categories

• Multi-select & bulk actions: Select multiple categories to bulk-edit properties (e.g., set the same color) or run actions (e.g., sync all selected).
• Multi-drag: Drag and drop multiple categories at once to reorder or move them.
• Export selection: Export a new project containing only the selected categories—handy for sharing part of a project.

Special Category Panel

• New configuration options:
  • Choose which buttons to show/hide (Quick Play, Search).
  • Enable/disable auto-focus of the search field in the Search category (enabled by default) to remove an extra click.

Project

• Drag & drop .ssp: Drop a Sound Show Project (.ssp) file into the app to open it or merge it with your current project.

Search

• Minimum characters setting for search (default 3). Helpful for languages like Chinese where a single character can be meaningful.

UI

• General polish and small improvements.
• Toggle button colors on sound players now adapt to the player’s background for better contrast.
• Tab header font sizes improved; long titles now truncate with ellipsis.

HTML Timer

Improved customization and usability:

• New parameters:
  • Font color before time is over
  • Background color before time is over
  • Text to display when time is over
  • Font color when over
  • Font size when over
  • Background color when over
  • Blink rate (times per second) when over (default 0)
• New playback controls:
  • addMinute, removeMinute, addSecond, removeSecond

Stream Deck

• Fix: Handled devices without a label.
• New: Select categories in Sound Show directly from your Stream Deck.

Remote Web Page

• Added a Stop button to Global Control and to each player (previously only Fade Out was available).

Android

• Added top bar with the opened project label, an on-screen clock and the sound Show logo
• Added a low-volume “Speak mode” button.

macOS

• Fix: Log buttons in About now open correctly.
• Fix: Stream Deck install button works reliably (previously failed silently).

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where a sound could stop right after starting during crossfades.
• Playlist now correctly saves user edits when adding/removing items or categories.
  
• Improved server reliability when clients disconnect.
