-the category has ten songs in it
-during playback application crashes(makes it about halfway through the songs)

Is it with any specific songs ?
Could you reproduce the crash and then share with me the content of the log file C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Impronivers\SoundShow\Player.log ?
Maybe, I'll see the cause of the crash in the logs
